Challenge:
To create an engaging and memorable brand experience while collecting vital database
information.
Strategy:
We designed and programmed an active survey on the iPad. Consumer data was streamed
directly to a real time reporting module via 3G - allowing the client to keep across
information and stream EDM contact to the hottest leads with further promotional
offers.
Result:
A high conversion rate was achieved to account sign ups and 77% of consumers stated
that the experience had positively affected their view of the ING brand.
