Making the Difference
Channelzero Action, the retail arm of Channelzero was given the task of refreshing the already recognisable brand of Orton Bulding. A construction company who specialise in the development and management of custom built, high quality homes. Their desire was to implement the brand promise of going the extra 1% into their logo and from there rollout a series of marketing collateral from stationary, apparel to a full website re-skin.
Back to Basics
Our approach had to be tactical but also had to ultimately underline their brand ethos. Orton Building wants to construct safe, sustainable, high quality homes while always striving for continuous improvement and developing successful long term relationships. The logo had to reflect the construction aspect but promote the warmth of a successful long term relationship within the building industry. We decided to keep the initial structuring of the OB within the logo as this had become an immediately recognisable feature of their brand, but we tweaked the colouring and styling to help it connect it to their vision of being an industry leader. Once this new look had been signed off we proceeded to roll out across various marketing collateral, ultimately culminating in the new website which recently went live.
The Promised Land
Already Orton Building has gotten positive feedback from the work we’ve done and immediately started printing t-shirts, vests, jackets, new business cards and implementing email signatures off the back of all the work we completed for them. Huge win! Orton came to us to give them a refreshed brand they felt confident could bring them into the future, and their 100% support with all of our creative has been nothing short of amazing. Done to budget, in a time practical manner, it just goes to show why going the extra 1% always matters.
